Use of the App Daily Grind is a productivity and habit-tracking tool designed to help organize daily tasks and routines. You agree to: Use the app lawfully Provide accurate account information Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service 2. No Medical or Psychological Advice This app is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. It: Does not diagnose or treat any condition Is not a substitute for professional medical advice, including ADHD treatment Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns. 3. No Guarantee of Results We do not guarantee: Increased productivity Behavioral outcomes Habit formation success Results vary by user. 4. Accounts You are responsible for: Maintaining the security of your account All activity under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: Violate these Terms Involve unlawful activity Abuse or interfere with the app or other users We may remove or disable content that violates these Terms. 5. Subscriptions If you purchase a subscription: Payments are handled by Apple via In-App Purchases Subscriptions may be offered on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly) Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled Cancellation You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies. 6. Intellectual Property All app content, design, and features are owned by Daily Grind Mobile. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
